‘My Ghost’ by Into The Ark

Rising stars Into The Ark, runners up on ITV’s The Voice, track release ‘My Ghost’ demonstrates a strong original sound between the duo.

Hailing from Blackwood, South Wales, Dane Lloyd and Taylor Jones began their musical path by busking in Cardiff, from there they financed their own UK; building up a fanbase from their hard-work ethic.

‘My Ghost’ is an upbeat, soulful track centering on the themes of self-reflection and escaping past the barriers of small towns. Taylor’s vocals shine splendidly throughout the song, the passion and range of his voice definite stand out components. Dane’s guitar playing keeps the track rooted in its soul, with its earthy, acoustic tones.

The music video premiered in November 2016, the grey-toned visuals make for a perfect presentation for the song, capturing Into The Ark’s dynamic stage presence; and further highlighting it with a striking use of light and shadow.

The band have also secured themselves a support slot for their Voice mentor, Tom Jones; but before that they have their own UK tour starting in May, you can see the full list of dates here: http://www.bandsintown.com/IntoTheArk

With their unique sound, drive and determination it is safe to say that Into The Ark are one to watch.
